Power to Praxis: Reflection Cards for Decolonial Design Digital Bundle – Single Country Organisational License
For organisational use within one country program
About the Power to Praxis Reflection Cards and Companion Guide
The Power to Praxis Reflection Cards and Companion Guide are a structured reflective practice resource designed to support ethical, inclusive, and justice-aligned decision making across the full project cycle in development, humanitarian, and social justice work.
The 54-card deck offers carefully framed reflection questions organised across six phases: pre-project, pre-engagement, implementation, completion, meta-reflection, and commitment. Each card invites practitioners to examine how power, purpose, relationships, and accountability shape their work in practice, not just in principle.
The Companion Guide provides the conceptual grounding and practical support needed to use the cards with care. It includes guidance on reflexive praxis and decolonial design, facilitation approaches, safety and accountability considerations, and tools for examining positionality and institutional power. The guide is designed to be entered non-linearly, supporting individual reflection as well as team and organisational learning.
Together, the cards and guide support practitioners and organisations to move beyond technical compliance toward reflective, relational, and accountable practice, particularly within complex institutional environments.
