Power to Praxis: Reflection Cards for Decolonial Design Digital Bundle – Regional / Programmatic Organisational License
Power to Praxis: Reflection Cards for Decolonial Design
Regional / Programmatic Organisational License – Digital Edition
The Power to Praxis Reflection Cards and Companion Guide are a structured reflective practice resource designed to support ethical, inclusive, and justice-aligned decision making across the full project cycle in development, humanitarian, and social justice work.
This resource supports practitioners and organisations to move beyond values statements and technical checklists, and into sustained, accountable practice shaped by power, relationships, and context.
About the Resource
The 54-card deck offers carefully framed reflection questions organised across six phases of practice:
-
Pre-Project
-
Pre-Engagement
-
Implementation
-
Completion
-
Meta-Reflection (systems and solidarity)
-
Commitment
Each card invites practitioners to examine how power, purpose, relationships, and accountability shape their work in practice, not just in principle.
The Power to Praxis Companion Guide provides the conceptual grounding and practical support needed to use the cards with care. It includes:
-
An introduction to reflexive praxis and decolonial design
-
Guidance on using the cards in individual, team, and organisational contexts
-
Facilitation approaches and safety considerations
-
Tools for examining positionality, power, and institutional responsibility
-
A glossary and theorist lineage grounding the work in decolonial, feminist, Indigenous, disability justice, and participatory traditions
The guide is designed to be entered non-linearly and returned to over time, supporting both individual reflection and collective learning.

For Regional and Programmatic Organisational Use
The Regional / Programmatic Organisational License allows organisations, or formally constituted multi-organisation programs or consortia, to use the Power to Praxis Reflection Cards and Companion Guide across multiple countries within one defined region, and within one defined program or body of work.
This license is designed for organisations embedding reflective, ethical, and decolonial practice across regional programs, learning structures, and shared ways of working.
There is no limit on internal downloads within the licensed region and program.
